By accessing or using Quantech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Quantech provides workforce management software including GPS attendance tracking, shift scheduling, geofencing, and payroll reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to businesses ("Companies") and their employees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service collects GPS location data from employees during work hours for attendance verification. By using the Service, employees consent to this data collection as configured by their employer.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior, with or without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
